It is the first-of-its-kind, scientific, objective and comprehensive online assessment of conceptual knowledge to check for the student’s readiness for the grade in terms of understanding of fundamental concepts necessary for success. The test consists of 30 MCQs each, in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and is based on the CBSE/NCERT syllabus.
We understand that these are challenging times for students, teachers and the Institutions. Due to the pandemic, students have been promoted to the next class based on online learning in the previous academic year and an internal evaluation method (not the best practice). Thus, students have variable learning outcomes. Learning in Math and the Sciences is a continuous process and it is essential to master lower-level concepts in order to fully grasp the higher-level concepts. These gaps need to be identified if students need to do well in their Board and Competitive Exams.
The detailed online report will help them assess their true potential and learning gaps. It will explain the different concepts that were assessed and their performance on each concept, in terms of error committed, if any, the correct answer as well as the working process, the different concepts that have been mastered and concepts that need attention are highlighted.
It will help the Institution to scientifically assess their students' Science and Mathematics conceptual knowledge and to leverage on the analytics, bridge the learning gaps and get insights so as to guide their students to gear up for the future exams with better clarity and confidence. The first 50 Institutions to register and take the assessment will receive a free, detailed Institutional Report which will clearly underline the learning gaps at a conceptual level that would enable them to take appropriate and necessary and meaningful action.
Such a detailed analysis will give the student, teacher and the Institution, the baseline performance at the beginning of the academic year, so that they can build on this foundation.
